About us

Vision Housing Co-operative society was established on 20th July 1998, with a membership of 12 members. This number has tremendously grown to over 700 and we have sold more than 4000 plots in 50 different locations country wide. We sold over 400 plots within the last year.

Our share capital currently stands at Kshs 20 Million with the annual turnover of over Kshs 100 Million.

Vision's management committee has continued to steer the society positively over the years and have managed to deliver title deeds to the buyers in several phases while all the other parcels bought are registered in the name of Vision Housing pending transfer to the buyers.
